Digital and data opportunity assessment

An analysis of where your company stands today: how the process you want to improve actually works, where information is recorded, which data gets produced and which never gets used, where time or customers are lost, and which decisions could be made better and earlier with the information you already have.

What you get

Five deliverables, in this order

Not a report to file away. Each piece answers one concrete question, and the next one builds on it.

Map of the current situation

How the process you want to improve works today: who does what, with which tools, where each piece of data is recorded and how it flows. On one page, so you can recognise it and correct it.

Information gaps identified

Which data is produced and never used, which is missing, where it gets duplicated or lost. And which decisions are taken blind today that could be taken with what you already have.

Annotated list

Three to five prioritised opportunities

Each with the problem it solves, the expected impact and the complexity of putting it in place. Ordered so the first one returns the most for the least effort.

Impact × complexity table

One use case worked out in detail

Opportunity number one, brought down to earth: what gets built or changed, with which data, who uses it, which screen or report they see and which decision improves. It doubles as a specification if you decide to go ahead, with me or with someone else.

Implementation roadmap

Phases, order and dependencies for the remaining opportunities, separating what you can do with your own means from where outside help is needed. No obligation to hire me to execute it.

Phased timeline

How it unfolds

Four steps — you take the first one now

  1. You fill in the checklist

Five minutes. It lets me arrive at the call knowing what we are talking about, instead of wasting your time on generic questions.

  2. A 30-minute call

We confirm the process to analyse, who takes part and which data exists. I send you a scope and a fixed price. If it does not fit, it ends here and costs nothing.

  3. Fieldwork

Short interviews with the people in the process, a review of the tools you use and the data they produce. On site in Madrid or remotely.

  4. Delivery session

We walk through the five deliverables together, clear up questions, and you decide what comes next: do it yourselves, with a provider, or with me.
