01 — About me

I am an independent consultant. I spent seventeen years designing performance management systems, indicators and dashboards in large industrial and financial organisations, and I came away with a simple idea: almost no company needs more tools, it needs to understand what the tools it already has are telling it.

I work alone, end to end. I analyse, I design and, when the engagement allows it, I also build. When it does not, I direct whoever builds it and I answer for the result.

02 — What I do

Four ways to work together

Digital and data opportunity assessment

I look at how you work today: where information gets stuck, which data you produce without using, where time or customers are lost. I leave with three to five opportunities prioritised by impact and effort, and a roadmap.

Digitalisation, analytics and product projects

I build what came out on top: data model, indicators, dashboards, client portals and private areas, mobile apps, integrations between the tools you already use. Functional design is always mine; I handle the technical execution when the scope allows it, or direct a specialist provider when it does not.

Advisory days

One-off support, no project attached: reviewing indicators, deciding on a tool, understanding what is happening with retention or workload, assessing a proposal before you sign it.

Team workshops

Hands-on training so your team uses its own tools well and can read what they are saying.

In development — proposals, not delivered work

Aula Signals

A dashboard for academies and training centres. It gathers what their campus already records and answers two questions nobody answers in time today: which students are genuinely ready for the exam, and which ones are about to drop out. In the morning the tutor opens a prioritised list of students and the reason for each one.

Teacher's agenda

A tool for private tutors. A calendar students can book into, automatic tracking of lesson-pack balances, payment for lessons and packs inside the app, reminders for upcoming lessons and packs about to run out. Plus a view of your own activity: hours taught, monthly income, students who have stopped booking.

Pulso

A light dashboard for small service businesses. It connects to the tools the company already uses and returns one screen with what matters this week, with configurable alert rules. Nothing to migrate, nothing to replace.

Bitácora

A register of training hours, accreditations and expiry dates for professional bodies and companies with mandatory training. It replaces the spreadsheet someone keeps by hand today and warns you before a certification expires.

04 — How I work

Three rules I do not bend

I always start with a small, fixed-price engagement. You check whether the work is useful to you before committing a bigger budget, and I understand your business before proposing anything large.

I do not replace your systems. I work on top of what you already have.

One point of contact: I answer for the result, including when part of the development is executed by a specialist provider.
